Ethically Sourced Palo Santo (Holy Wood)
We call our Palo Santo the “Ugly Palo Santo”. Why? Many sellers shave their sticks to make them looked uniformed and pretty and then sell the saw dust or the left over in baggies. We skip the “pretty” and sell you the whole stick in it’s full glory. This allows you to have a large Palo Santo that lasts longer, so it’s more bang for your buck.
What is Palo Santo? Palo Santo has been used for centuries by shamans and healers. It comes from a mystical tree that grows in South America. Commonly used for smudging and to prepare for spiritual rituals and overall well being.
Our Palo Santo sticks were ethically sourced ,directly by us, from farmers in Ecuador. Living in Ecuador for 3 years, we were able to foster relationships with the farmers therefore bringing you the high quality and environmentally friendly wood. These Holy Wood sticks are sourced from trees that have fallen or branches that have fallen from the trees. No trees were ever cut down to produce these. The way these pieces were cut makes for very large specimens.
Sizes vary from 4″ to 7″. We handpick the best one for each other. Trust that you will get the right one for you.
