Mantra Monday 6.12.2017

Many times I look at my daughter and think “WOW, the entire world is for her taking. She can do and be anything she wants”. Right now, she wants to be a Paleontologist and she has not changed her mind for the past 2 years (she’s 4), BUT if she does, that’s okay, because she has her families and the universes support.

Then, comes me, What do I want to be when I grow up? At the ripe age of 34, I still feel like I’m sorting it out. Don’t get me wrong, I love what I do and I LOVE my crystals but I always want to do more. I want to write a book, I want to offer my healing more, I want to offer a Crystal Reiki Healing course, I want to open up a Spirituality Healing Center. I have plans, man and you know what…”My Possibilities are Endless”. Through work and the Universe providing, I will achieve my goals!

Whatever your goals are, and even if you haven’t figured out exactly what they are, know you are provided for and supported.

Thank you, Diana from PaperYarnMoon, for the beautiful image. The perfect Mantra to start off this week.

Love and Light,

Aurora Sage

Mantra Monday 4.24.2017

Forgiveness is usually easier said than done and it’s even harder when it comes to ourselves. I am here to tell you you can and should forgive yourself for whatever you feel guilty or negatively about. Sometimes the smallest things and the shortest moments can hold so much unnecessary space in our heart that is makes us hard to move forward in our lives.

We are all guilty of sitting in our beds at 1 am and thinking about those moments that happened years ago, those conversations where you wished you would of said or acted differently or moments that you wished never happen…FORGIVE YOURSELF! Literally take this moment and say “I Forgive Myself and Set Myself Free”. Release whatever is holding you back and holding you down and press forward. Accept all the good things coming your way and open yourself to the gifts of the universe.

Thank you Diana at PaperYarnMoon for the absolutely GORGEOUS image (I think this one may be my favorite!).

Mantra Monday 3.20.2017

Happy Monday everyone and welcome to another “Mantra Monday”.

My apologies for missing last week. We had some technical difficulties with our website and we weren’t able to post on time.

So, this weeks Mantra is one that I feel can apply to every single body! It’s a simple yet effective one that can help us manage our physical bodies on  a daily basis…”I am Healthy and Filled with Energy” (Repeat it 10 times right now and fee the quick boost).

I sometimes feel that I am always walking around with that 2-3pm feeling where I am craving a tea or coffee for a quick pick me up, but if I really look at how I am loving and nourishing my body, I know I am not taking care of it like I should. Small changes have helped me move away from that sluggish feeling including going to bed at a decent time so I can wake up feeling rested, taking my vitamins daily, starting off with a good breakfast, and of course, meditation. I have also made an attempt to remove as much sugar and processed food from my diet. Trust me, I know, I crave it like something bad but I am a work in progress.

Adding this affirmation before bed (and sometimes I repeat it while driving) helps me feel in check and assists in dissolving those blocks that have to do with weight and unhealthy eating (Solar Plexus and Sacral…I am looking at you).

So, join me this week and just commit to it daily, don’t worry about tomorrow or how you did yesterday, just today and repeat after me “I am Healthy and Filled with Energy”.

Thank you Didi at PaperYarnMoon for the always awesome illustration.

Love and Light,

Michelle

Mantra Monday 3.6.2017

Today’s Mantra Monday plays on last week’s affirmation pretty well : “I release anything that doesn’t serve me” (if you missed last week’s mantra, you can check it out here).

Ask yourself the question “What am I keeping around that does not serve me?” Look around you? Try and spot 3 things in the room right now. I can tell you from where I am sitting, there is a coffee cup that has been sitting here since yesterday, I have a mountain of receipts that I emptied out from my purse this morning just sitting here and I can spot a few empty bottles of essential oils that I will probably never need. And just like that I cleared a little space in my environment. Now, if I am so pressed, I’m sure I can go into my newsfeed on FB and clear out groups and acquaintances that I really don’t need to hold space for. They clog up my feed and really serve more of an unnecessary distraction.

Release it and clear it. Old wounds and memories as well. They help mold us into who we are, but we don’t need to carry this load daily. Meditate over whatever situation you feel you are holding on to so tight and release it. Burning Palo Santo during meditation helps clear up blockages that you hold in your chakras too, so if you have some, give it a try. Repeating this mantra during meditation can also assist your brain to subconsciously work in moving past some of these blockages. This is one reason I love Mala necklaces with 108 beads, they help keep count and allows me to hit that magic number (Why is 108 a magic number? Check out this link for more info).

I hope these past couple of weeks helps you in releasing what no longer serves you.

Thank you Paper Yarn Moon for putting our mantra’s into art.

Love and Light Always,

Mantra Monday 2.27.2017

Good Morning to you all and Happy Monday. As you know, its our Mantra Monday and I cannot wait to share it with you.

This is a great one and one I have been working on this past month and quite possibly the next. It’s all about letting things go that no longer serve me. Its all about quitting cords and ties that are of zero benefit to you and quite possibly even deplete you.

Cutting ties is sometimes easier said than done. Trust me, I am the queen of holding on to things, from clothes that I swear I will fit into by summer, to emails from retailers that have discount codes that I maybe will use later, acquaintances on FB that I really don’t talk to, and I also may be guilty of holding on to a LOT of crystals (but I’m not counting those…you can’t have too many crystals!)

But serisoulsy, do I need to hold on to so many friends on FB? Some even include ex boyfriends that I remained friendly with but literally NEVER talked to, not even the occasional like on the picture. So why do I have these people? Because sometimes I have trouble letting go. Why? I really don’t know. Perhaps it has to do with my childhood and growing up poor. I’m not sure but I do know that it is time to let go. Remove the junk, all the extra that no longer serve me. Get rid of clothes that I no longer wear and the biggest one is to STOP holding space for people that don’t deserve it because it brings down on your own vibrations. We have to remember to love ourselves.

So, what is our Mantra this week? “The more I let go, the better I feel” and boy do you ever. Release all the old that doesn’t serve you and stop holding space for the junk.

One thing you can do for those strong emotional cords that connect you to people you no longer wish to be attached to (trust me, the connection works both ways), imagine a physical cord connecting you and this person and imagine giant scissors cutting these cords and releasing this bond. If you need to physically use your fingers and pretend to cut (I do this), do it! Once you are done, thank the universe AND yourself and take a moment for yourself to replenish. I personally like to take a shower or bath and then have a nice cup of tea, show myself a little love.

As always, thank you Diana over at PaperYarnMoon for the beautiful art work.

Mantra Monday 2.20.2017

It’s Monday again (man the week flies when you are running around spreading L-O-V-E)

This week flows right into last weeks mantra and in addition, it I believe it helps remove those blocks of self doubt and low-self esteem. In addition, it aides in opening up our selves for love from others. Whatever you may feel you need in your life, this affirmation is wonderful.

“I am deserving and worthy of Love”, and you absolutely are. We all deserve to be loved AND most importantly to love ourselves, completely and truly. You are perfect and enough just the way you are. Also, if no one has told you today, “I love you!”

Thank you Didi at PaperYarnMoon for the beautiful image.

Blessings Always,

Michelle

Mantra Monday 2.13.2017

Beautiful Day to all you Beautiful Souls.

It’s Monday you know for us Monday’s mean “Mantra Monday”. I do love our Mondays.

With Valentine’s Day creeping slowly creeping up on us (enter horror shriek here), I wanted to take a moment to remind ourselves, not only to spread love, but to love ourselves too.

For  many of us, it is so gratifying to send love to those we love, to shower them with gifts, love an affection, but we often times forget about ourselves. We have to remember that if our cups our empty, we cannot fill anothers, so take this week to LOVE yourself. Honor yourself and fill your cup.

Therefore, our mantra for this week is “I honor myself and my needs”.

I encourage you to take all the time you need to make sure your needs are met. Don’t go outside of yourself either by expecting your significant other to buy you flowers, simply go out and buy them yourself. Want a gift, gift it yourself.(Check out our stuff too :-D) . Don’t limit yourself to materials things either, a long bath with essential oils, an few hours with your nose in your book or a whole day dedicated to painting, music, or just simply an entire day of binge watching Netflix. Whatever you feel will fill you up, go do it. You have permission from your higher self and the universe looks forward to it.

Thank you Didi over at PaperYarnMoon for always putting our words into art.

Love and Light always,

Michelle

Mantra Monday 1.23.2017

This weeks Mantra seems simple enough but definitely a difficult one for many of us to accept. For whatever the reason, many of us sometimes, for lack of a better term, get stuck on a sort of daily routine and literally forget to stop and keep space for ourselves.

I am very blessed to be a part of a strong female tribe and just last week, I was reminded to cut the chords that no longer serve me and hold space for the most important person in my life….me.  If I am not 100% functional and at my best, I am doing a disservice to those that need me the most, for example my family.

One of the ways I honor myself, is by allowing and accepting all the blessings the universe has coming my way. I open myself of to the gifts that , not only I am manifesting, but that my higher self has called for my own good. I am shifting myself into a higher vibrational place and “I accept all the blessings that are coming my way”. That is my mantra for the week! Use your Mala Necklace, use it during meditation or simply say it over and over until you fall asleep at night. Open yourself and be grateful for all the blessings you have and will have.

For this mantra/affirmation, I suggest using your clear Quartz. Meditate with your piece and keep it near you for the week.

As always, Paper Yarn Moon has created a beautiful image for this weeks Mantra. Feel free to share or save on your phone and keep it as a reminder for the week.

Many blessings to all of you and see you next time.

Namaste.

Mantra Monday 4.11.2016

The Mantra today totally hits close to home and I know it will to many of you.

If you are like me, I follow hundred of pages that talk about, Meditation, Affirmation, sitting and listening to the energy around you, sitting and just basically saying “shut the F up and just breath”. For me, that is like asking me to climb Mt. Everest, on a daily basis with a smile on my face.

Sometimes it’s hard to find that quiet time, that time to reflect, especially when you are a parent, when you work, when you run your own business, when you need to run errands for the entire family, when you need to drop off Jimmy at soccer practice and Emily at basketball. Life is not joke. Oh, you want a social life too? Good luck with that!

Right now I am inviting you to close your eyes and just take 30 seconds to breath deep. Just breath and inhale light and exhale darkness, whatever is weighing heavy on your soul. Release it.

“Dissolve and Be Present”–RLJ

Where do I find the time? We’ll its not easy but if you really want to do it, you can.  For me, I meditate before bed. You don’t need to be sitting in lotus position. For me, laying down connects me a whole lot quicker to that sought after state of mind than sitting down. This is just a personal preference and it works for me. I even do yoga for a bit everyday…WITH a 3 year old.  What works for me is I put on a yoga video for her (or both of us depending on our mood). She has her own pink yoga mat (although she prefers my blue one sometimes). We lay our mats on the living room floor and we go to town. Is it the perfect yoga time like when you go to a studio? No. Could it be more flawless yoga when I don’t have a 3 year old interrupting me to show me her AWESOME Sun-Salutation sequence? Sure. But what I do get is a release for my body through yoga (however small that may be), and one on one time with a tiny human who is exploring her world and learning to love the connection between her body and the earth. I would not change this for a million yoga classes at any studio. I can even get her to “meditate” or breath deeply for a full 2 minutes. That’s a lot for a tiny human.

In short, get creative, live in the moment, be present in whatever way you can and take a minute to breath. Find those tiny breaks through out the day and get off your phone or your computer and do it. Even if it means locking yourself in the supply closet at work and breathing in for just 30 seconds.

As always, Diana over at PaperYarnMoon has put this weeks affirmation into beautiful writing.

Mantra Monday 4.11

I’ll see you lovely humans next time. Don’t forget to breath.

Love and Light, Always.

Michelle
